Through somatic movement and mindful creativity, you'll reconnect with your body and allow your creative energy to flow freely, all while being surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of the barn.
This event is open to all, regardless of experience. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in somatic practices and creative arts, this retreat invites you to deepen your connection between body and mind and explore your inner creative flow.
