About the event
Join Mel from The Kitchen Club and Claire of Berry Farm at Berry Farm for a pop-up supper club; a unique workshop where children ages 11 years and over will spend the day at the farm, foraging and learning to cook.
Using local ingredients and kitchen techniques, your child will create three dishes which they will then serve to friends and family as a fun meal at the end of the day. All ingredients, equipment and teaching is included.
Starter: Focaccia bread with farm herbs, falafels and beetroot & roast carrot hummus
Main: Chicken with red wine, hassleback potatoes & summer greens
Dessert: Foraged blackberry & lemon tart
Tickets for one child to attend are £45, which includes one adult ticket to the evening meal served by the new chefs. Extra tickets are available for each child's family members at £25 each, or a further reduced rate of £22.50 each if there are 8 or more (please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to book)
