We've put together a workshop full of talks from experts on some of the challeneges that face women as they go through the menopause.
9.30am - 10.00am: Welcome drink & introductions
10.00am - 11.00am: Fashion & Styling for Menopause with Sophie
11.15am - 12.15pm: Hair, Makeup and Beauty for Menopause with Claire
12.30pm - 1.15pm: LUNCH
1.30pm - 2.30pm: Nutrition & Exercise for for Menopause with Katie
