About the event
Book your ticket now and experience a unique farm-to-table dining experience in a beautiful and sustainable setting, with live music accompany our Autumnal feast. The Parlour Barn bar (card only please) will be open throughout the evening.
Saturday 14th September 2024: 7.00 - 11.00pm
Starter: Gazpacho - burrata, basil oil, black olive crumb, fresh basil
Main: Local Brinkworth wild venison cooked two ways- low and slow and wood fire charred, seasoned with sage and juniper salt.
Fire roasted squash, grilled goats cheese and tarragon. (V)
Sides: Fire charred Garlic and herb buttered hasselback potatoes Fire roasted beetroot. Lemon and extra virgin olive oil, farm greens
Dessert: Lemon meringue, blackberry crumble. - Set lemon cream, Italian meringue, blackberry crumble, pickled blackberry.
Tickets £55 per person, to include a welcome cocktail or mocktail
