Summer Wellness Day Retreat

Join us on a journey of healing and transformation set in the grounds of our beautiful farm. Take time to realign and recalibrate in nature, ground yourself and take inspiration from our amazing local teachers, leaving you feeling energised and recharged through a mix of fitness, wellness and nourishment. We would love you to attend with friends - or go home with new. We hope you will leave reset and calm as you celebrate midsummer with us

This retreat will give your body and mind a total reset, through a subtle blend of exercise, nutrition, relaxation and self-discovery.  Held at our stunning farm in the heart of the Cotswolds, we make the most of the beautiful outdoors and our beautiful converted barn wellness studio. Mind and body are both treated, with yoga, breath work, sound healing to name a few, along with carefully selected workshops designed to enhance your wellbeing. The food will be a delicious, mostly homegrown offering with refreshments available throughout. We can't wait to share this unique, initmate day with you.

Tickets are £125.

 Overnight accommodation can be added.

Campervans welcome @£25/van (please  note ther are no electric hookups)

Evening BBQ on offer at £15/pp (all dietary requirements can be catered for)

Evening bar (card payments) full selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks will be available from 7pm

What not to bring!

1. Your own supply of alcohol (There will be very reasonably priced bar)
2. Disposable BBQs, fire pits, pyrotechnics including distress flares and beacons.
3. Gas canisters (Propane or Butane) or any other equipment with open flames compressed gas.
4. Weapons of any kind.
5. Illegal drugs and Legal Highs

Terms & Conditions

Due to the location of our event - no parties or loud music is to be played on the campsite.

Refunds are not permitted for any and all purchases under any grounds including cancellations for medical reasons. 

You may want to consider insurance for your purchase in case of non-attendance.
